TIFF Announces 61 Galas and Special Presentations For 2012. ‘Looper’ to Open Fest. Includes Malick, Russell, Whedon, Wachowskis.

The Toronto International Film Festival announces its first 61 films in the Gala and Special Presentation categories this morning at 10 a.m. However, Variety has just reported the 61 films that will be included. There will be 39 world premieres including some huge names. It’s a fantastic list and I can’t wait for this year’s fest.
